Oats is an excellent way to start the day \u2013 it is nutrient rich and high in fibre and helps keep little tummies fuller for longer. These delicious bowls of goodness combine oats and Squish 100% Summer Berries Puree <\/b>and are easy to make. Squish 100% Fruit and Veg Purees<\/b> are packed full of natural goodness and are made using only the very best fruit \u2013 nothing else! Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\r\n

1 x 110ml Squish 100% Summer Berries Puree<\/b><\/p>\r\n

\u00bd cup oats<\/p>\r\n

1 cup plain yoghurt<\/p>\r\n

2 tsp chia seeds<\/p>\r\n

\u00bc tsp vanilla essence<\/p>\r\n

pinch cinnamon<\/p>\r\n

Method <\/b><\/p>\r\n

Combine all ingredients and stir gently. Spoon into small pots or jars then leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.<\/p>\r\n

\u2022 SNEAKY FRUIT AND VEG WAFFLES<\/b><\/p>\r\n

These aren\u2019t any ordinary waffles \u2013 they\u2019re packed full of fruit and veg goodness, thanks to Squish 100% Fruit and Veg Purees<\/b>! Make a batch of this batter, divide it into serving size portions, then freeze. That way you\u2019ll be able to whip up this breakfast treat whenever your toddler says, \u201cWaffles, please!\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

1 x 110ml Squish 100% Apple, Beetroot + Guava Puree<\/b><\/p>\r\n

1 cup buttermilk<\/p>\r\n

2 tsp baking powder<\/p>\r\n

1 pinch salt<\/p>\r\n

Method <\/b><\/p>\r\n

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and allow to stand for half an hour. Pour batter into waffle machine and cook until golden.<\/p>\r\n

2 eggs<\/p>\r\n

50 ml Squish 100% Mixed Vegetable Puree <\/b><\/p>\r\n

3 Tbsp cheddar cheese, grated<\/p>\r\n

Method<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add Squish 100% Mixed Vegetable Puree <\/b>and mix well.\u00a0 <\/span>Melt a blob of butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the egg and puree mix and cook, stirring, until just cooked. Stir in the cheese. Serve warm with buttered toast.<\/p>\r\n
