• 4-INGREDIENT PANCAKE ROLY-POLY

Strapped for time? These delicious little roll-ups are made with only 4 ingredients and are the perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Squish 100% Fruit and Veg Purees are a smart choice for busy parents – they’re packed full of quality fruit and veg and contain no colourants, flavourants and preservatives.

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 Tbsp milk

1 x 110ml Squish 100% Pear + Sweet Potato Puree

3 Tbsp cream cheese

Method:

Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl. Pour a thin layer of mixture into a small (18cm pan) non-stick pan on medium heat and cook until batter is set. Repeat until batter is finished. Set pancakes aside and allow to cool slightly. Once you have finished cooking the batch, smear each pancake with cream cheese and a generous layer of Squish 100% Pear + Sweet Potato Puree. Roll up and slice.

TIP: Got some leftover Squish 100% Fruit and Veg Puree in the fridge? Place it in a small bowl so that your little one can use as a dipping sauce. Yum!

• POTATO POPS

This is a great way to use up any leftover mash you have in the fridge to create a delicious supper for your toddler – and because these pops taste just as good cold, they make an excellent lunchbox filler.

Ingredient

2 cups mashed potato

1 x 110 ml Squish 100% Butternut + Carrot Puree

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 egg

1 cup + 3 Tbsp breadcrumbs

salt and pepper

Method

In a large bowl, combine the mash, Squish 100% Butternut + Carrot Puree and cheese. Add the egg and 3 Tbsp of breadcrumbs and mix well. Season to taste. Shape into balls and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the potato pops in batches for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
