4 things to remember when introducing fruit and veg to your baby

When your baby is around four to six months old you can start introducing solids to their diet. Fruit and vegetables are important first foods and can help set your little one up for a lifetime of healthy food choices. Keep these things in mind when introducing fruit and veg.

  1. Make sure they are pureed
