Banana Sushi

These fruit and nut spread sushi slices are so easy to make and fun to eat.

1 x 110ml Squish 100% Fruit Salad
4 slices brown bread, crusts removed and rolled flat
1 Tbsp nut butter or spread
4 small bananas
Mix 110ml Squish 100% Fruit Salad and nut butter to form a smooth paste.
Spread onto flattened bread.
Place peeled banana on edge of bread.
Roll and secure opposite end with a dollop of nut butter.
Slice to create “sushi” circles and serve.
COOKING TIP:

Toast cut off crusts and offer as a snack with Squish dipping sauce.
