Cheesy Mixed Vegetable Egg Scramble

Protein rich eggs are an excellent first foods. Ours have added Squish Mixed Vegetables

Serves 2

2 eggs
50 ml (½ pouch) Squish Mixed Vegetable 100% Fruit + Vegetable Puree
15 ml (1 Tbsp) milk (or babies milk or prepared formula)
5 ml (1 tsp) butter
45 ml (3 Tbsp) cheddar cheese, grated
2 slices toast
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add the Squish Mixed Vegetable and the milk.
Whisk well.
Melt 2.5 ml (½ tsp) of the butter in a non stick pan over a medium heat.
Add the eggs and cook, stirring, until just cooked.
Stir in the cheese.
Serve warm with buttered toast.

Use a biscuit cutter to cut toast into playful shapes.
