Smoothie Lollies
Chia seeds add some fibre to these frozen fruity treats.
1 x 110ml Squish 100% Yogi Fruit Medley + Yoghurt
5 Tbsp fresh mixed berries, mashed
3 tsp chia seeds
Mash fresh berries and spoon into bottom of 6 lolly moulds.
Keep some aside.
Mix chia seeds into Squish 100% Yogi Fruit Medley + Yoghurt.
Spoon into moulds. Top with reserved mashed berries.
Freeze overnight.
Lightly oil lolly moulds to ensure easy removal.
