Summer Berry Swirl Ice Cream
Quick homemade ice cream the whole family will enjoy.
2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
1 x 110 ml Squish Summer Berries 100% Fruit Puree, divided
625 ml (2 cups) plain yoghurt OR 250 ml (1 cup) dairy free dessert topping, whipped
Place the frozen bananas, ¾ of the Squish Summer Berries pouch and yoghurt (or dessert topping) into a food processor.
Blend until smooth and thick.
Spoon into a freezer safe dish.
Swirl the remaining Squish Summer Berries into the ice cream and cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.
Serve with fresh berries and pour over more Squish Summer Berries if desired.
If baby has no nut allergy, add a teaspoon of nut butter to the ice cream for added flavour
