Cheesy Veg Balls

These are great for both babies and toddlers. For younger babies, roll into smaller bite size chunks.

1 cup cheese
1 Squish 100% Veg puree of choice, the mixed veg one works really well
1/4 small onion finely grated
2 cups bread crumbs (simply put several slices of bread into your processor and blitz)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2-3 large zucchinis, finely grated
2 large carrots, finely grated
1/2 clove garlic grated, finely grated
2 tablespoons olive oil/coconut oil
1 teaspoon dried herbs
Combine mixture and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Roll into balls the size of a small marble for babies.
These are soft once cooked and easy to soften with gums, but if you are worried simply cut them smaller.
Toddlers 18 months and older should be able to manage bigger balls, the size of a big marble.
Place on baking paper and bake in a preheated at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (If you have an Air-fryer, 10 minutes tops.)
For a dipping sauce, mix some full-cream plain yoghurt with Squish Veg puree and voila!
