Homemade Granola, Fruit and Yoghurt Pots

Granola and yoghurt is a great start to the day.

25 g (¼ cup) hazelnuts
40 g (¼ cup) almonds
120 g (1 cup) rolled oats
30 g (¼ cup) sunflower seeds
25 g (¼ cup) sesame seeds
30 ml sunflower oil
30 ml honey
40 g (¼ cup) raisins
30 g (¼ cup) dried cranberries
250 ml (1 cup) plain yoghurt
1 x 100 ml pouch Squish Pear, Mango and Yoghurt Fruit Puree with Yoghurt
Finely chop the nuts, or blitz in a food processor.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and almonds.
In a small saucepan gently heat the oil and honey to melt.
Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well to mix.
Spread the granola out on a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 140°C for 30 minutes, tossing often, or until crisp and golden.
Cool.
Stir in the raisins and the cranberries.
Swirl the Squish Pear, Mango and Yoghurt into the plain yoghurt.
Top with the granola and serve.
COOKING TIP:

Nuts can be a choking hazard so chop the nuts for the granola very finely. Toddles will enjoy measuring and mixing the granola ingredients.
