Fruity Egg & Cream Cheese Roly-poly

A great finger food crammed with protein goodness!

Makes: 12 pancakes

3 eggs
1 Tbsp milk
1 x 110ml Squish 100% Pear + Sweet Potato Puree
3 Tbsp cream cheese
Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.
Pour a thin layer of mixture into a small (18cm pan) non-stick pan on medium heat and cook until batter is set.
Repeat until batter is finished.
Set pancakes aside and allow to cool slightly.
Once you have finished cooking the batch, smear each pancake with cream cheese and a generous layer of puree.
Roll up and slice.

Use any leftover puree as a dipping sauce.
